1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing tejus.ventures or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. About the platform
Tejus Ventures provides a private-market desk experience for browsing research-backed unlisted / pre-IPO opportunities, placing buy requests, submitting sell requests, tracking orders, and completing KYC for settlement.
Tejus staff manually manage which shares are offered, published prices, minimum quantities, deal classification, research materials, KYC decisions, and settlement status. The platform is not a live exchange and does not provide NSE/BSE trading execution.
3. Pricing and inventory
- Prices displayed are the latest prices published by Tejus Ventures — not live NSE/BSE quotes.
- Exact available share quantities are not shown publicly to users.
- Buy orders are accepted only when inventory and minimum share requirements can be met at order time; inventory may be reserved when a buy order is placed.
- Sell requests are reviewed manually and do not automatically increase platform inventory.
4. Accounts and KYC
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Tejus may suspend or restrict accounts that are inactive, blocked, or used in breach of these terms.
KYC, Demat and bank details may be required before settlement. Tejus may approve, reject, or request updates to KYC submissions. Providing false or incomplete information may delay or cancel transaction processing.
5. Orders and settlement
- Submitting a buy or sell request does not guarantee fulfilment until Tejus confirms and completes the process.
- Payment instructions are provided by Tejus for confirmed orders; you must follow the guidance given for your order.
- After settlement, shares are intended to be transferred to your Demat account via NSDL/CDSL processes.
- Order statuses may change as Tejus reviews, processes, settles, cancels or rejects requests.
- Interest submissions for upcoming deals and partnership applications are requests for follow-up, not commitments to allocate shares.
6. Risk disclosure
Investing in unlisted and pre-IPO shares involves significant risk, including possible loss of capital, limited liquidity, valuation uncertainty, and the possibility that a company may not list on NSE/BSE or may list on different terms than expected.
Information on the platform — including metrics, highlights and research reports — is provided for investor education and desk context. It is not personalised investment advice, a prospectus, or a guarantee of returns. You should make your own assessment and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with inventory/order integrity.
- Submit false KYC, order or enquiry information.
- Scrape, copy or redistribute Tejus research or pricing data without permission.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tejus Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, delays in settlement, third-party depository or banking processes, or investment outcomes.
Platform content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time. Tejus does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website.
9. Changes and contact
Tejus may update these terms as the business and confirmed legal wording evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
