1. Overview
Tejus Ventures (“Tejus”, “we”, “us”) operates a private-market platform for discovering, requesting to buy or sell, and tracking unlisted / pre-IPO share opportunities. We process personal data only as needed to run the platform, complete KYC review, process orders, and settle shares into an investor’s Demat account.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:
- Account details — full name, mobile number, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
- KYC & settlement details — PAN, Demat identifiers (such as DP ID and Client ID), and bank account details submitted for order settlement.
- Order & enquiry data — buy/sell requests, waitlist interest, partnership applications, and contact messages.
- Technical data — standard server logs and session information needed to keep you signed in securely.
We do not publish exact inventory quantities to users. Prices shown are the latest prices published by Tejus Ventures, not live NSE/BSE market quotes.
3. How we use information
- Create and manage investor accounts and sessions.
- Review KYC submissions and update verification status.
- Process buy orders and sell requests, including inventory reservation on buy orders.
- Coordinate payment guidance and Demat settlement through NSDL/CDSL pathways.
- Respond to contact, waitlist and partnership enquiries.
- Improve platform security, prevent misuse, and meet operational or legal obligations.
4. KYC, Demat and bank data
PAN, Demat and bank information are collected so Tejus staff can verify identity and settle transactions into your Demat account. These details are visible to authorised Tejus staff for review and settlement. They are not shown publicly on the website.
You are responsible for submitting accurate details. Incorrect Demat or bank information may delay or prevent settlement.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a web platform, including encrypted password storage, session controls, CSRF protection on forms, and access restrictions for staff tools and research files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your login credentials confidential.
7. Your choices
- Update profile details from your account where the platform allows.
- Submit or update KYC information from the KYC page.
- Contact Tejus to request correction of inaccurate account data, subject to operational and legal limits.
- Stop using the platform and request account closure where feasible; some records may be retained for settlement, audit or legal reasons.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact form or write to Tejus Ventures once official support email details are published.
This policy may be updated as the platform and Tejus’s confirmed legal wording evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
